Between the breathtaking Detroit scenery and fun twist on yoga, this experience creates the perfect balance of fun and working out. What better way to relax mid-week?
Yoga can relieve stress, strengthen muscles and improve flexibility. According to Healthline, studies have also shown that practicing yoga can reduce inflammation, lower anxiety and help manage chronic pain.
Some may not be aware that yoga is also an excellent body strength builder. According to a 2015 study, there was a link between yoga and increased endurance, strength and flexibility in 173 participants over 12 weeks. Finding time to exercise during a busy work week may seem tedious, but it’s well worth it.
