- Dine at the Whitney This mansion-turned-restaurant in Detroit’s Midtown features the Ghostbar on its third floor as a nod to the building’s haunted history. Learn more by taking part in a paranormal dinner tour, scheduled for the first and fourth Sunday of every month.
- Tour the old Traverse City State Hospital A popular destination for ghost hunters, the former Northern Michigan Asylum closed in 1989 and was converted into a shopping and dining hotspot called The Village at Grand Traverse Commons. Book a twilight tour to learn more about the hospital founder’s theory on patient care, history of the architecture and a trip through the site’s underground steam tunnel.
