Phone app stores offer many relaxation and mindfulness applications we can use at our fingertips to help us unwind. What’s more convenient than being able to use technology to relax wherever you are?

- Relax Melodies: Download this app for a little help getting to sleep. There are various sounds and melodies you can listen to and relax. There are even timers and alarms you can set.
- Headspace: This app will help you take 10 minutes of your day to teach you the basics of meditation. This app is used to improve mindfulness techniques and have you train your mind for a happier and pleasant life.
- Various adult coloring book apps: There are many different apps available for Apple and Android that hit on the adult coloring book phenomenon. These apps include various designs and colors to choose from. These types of apps help you feel stress-free and the best part is the choices are endless.
