As the heat of summer settles in, there’s nothing quite like a cold, refreshing dessert to cool you down. While many frozen treats are loaded with added sugars and ultra-processed ingredients, it’s surprisingly easy to make something indulgent and nourishing at home. Enter strawberry lemongrass sorbet — a naturally sweetened, vibrant dessert with wholesome ingredients.
Strawberries are a summer staple — naturally juicy, bright and rich in vitamin C, manganese and antioxidants. These nutrients help combat oxidative stress and inflammation while supporting immune health. The honey adds subtle floral notes that complement fresh fruit beautifully while lemongrass brings a subtle citrusy aroma and mild herbal flavor to this sorbet.
