Forgotten art fair, resurrected

The city of Detroit has been known for its extensive art collection at the Detroit Institute of Arts and broad local art scene but for the past thirty years, the city has been absent one important event. That is, of course, until last weekend when Palmer Park again hosted their art fair.
The Palmer Park Art Fair was a sight for sore eyes as residents reminisced on a scene that was thought to be dead and gone. The art fair, resurrected before their eyes, was a thrill for the crowd to marvel at the gorgeous, eclectic art collection in the park. The fair featured booths selling hand crafted jewelry, artists selling one-of-a-kind portraits, and captivating demonstrations on glass blowing. Every station was sure to have something eye catching to gaze at. The art fair in Palmer Park was the place to be find unique pieces that fit the tastes of many.
