Weighing-in on Wednesdays for #HealthyMe

As members of the #HealthyMe team, my colleague Kyle Hall and I share very different health goals: he’s bulking up, gaining muscle weight and I’m trying to lose weight, but we’re both trying to reach 190 pounds. So we’ve picked Wednesday morning as a consistent day and time to weigh-in.

After a fierce 10 sets of weight-lifting the night before, Kyle turned in a weigh-in of 169.5 pounds this morning.

I find myself at about 214 pounds, quite a ways to go to meet my 190-pound goal.
