Spiced Apple Rings

Ingredients
2 apples, cored and sliced
3⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 pinch salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2⁄3 cups milk
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg
For dipping: 2 Tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, cinnamon milk, vegetable oil, milk and egg until smooth.
Step 2
Heat a pan coated with a bit of vegetable oil over medium-low heat. Dip apple rings in the mixture until evenly covered and add to pan. Sear on both sides until golden.
Step 3
In another bowl, mix the dipping mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Step 4
While warm, dip the seared apple rings in the cinnamon sugar mixture to help it stick. Serve warm.
