Overnight Oats with Raspberry Chia Jam

Ingredients
2 cup frozen raspberries
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp water
2⁄3 cup old-fashioned oats
1⁄8 tsp salt
4 tsp chia seeds
2 tsp honey
1⁄4 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup oat milk or desired milk
Instructions
Step 1
To make the jam, combine raspberries, honey and water in a saucepan over low-medium heat. Cook and stir until raspberries are syrupy, about 5-8 minutes. Take off heat and stir in chia seeds. Cool down before storing in a container in the refrigerator.
Step 2
For the overnight oats, combine oats, salt, chia seeds, honey, Greek yogurt and oat milk and stir. Store overnight in a sealed container.
Step 3
Before serving, layer the overnight oats with the raspberry chia jam in a mason jar or preferred serving bowl.
