Overnight Oats with Raspberry Chia Jam
Breakfast is the important meal of the day, providing important nutrients and energy to power you through the day. With busy mornings getting ready for work, preparing to get kids to get out the door and more, many of us tend to skip breakfast.
Overnight oats may just be the solution to the time issue. The best part about it? You can prepare it the night before and enjoy it on-the-go.
The oats and raspberry-rich breakfast packs in healthy antioxidants and vitamins along with a healthy dose of fiber to keep you full and energized to help you face whatever the morning may throw at you.

Serving Amount
Ingredients
  • 2 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp water

  • 23 cup old-fashioned oats

  • 18 tsp salt

  • 4 tsp chia seeds

  • 2 tsp honey

  • 14 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup oat milk or desired milk

Instructions
  • Step 1

    To make the jam, combine raspberries, honey and water in a saucepan over low-medium heat. Cook and stir until raspberries are syrupy, about 5-8 minutes. Take off heat and stir in chia seeds. Cool down before storing in a container in the refrigerator.

  • Step 2

    For the overnight oats, combine oats, salt, chia seeds, honey, Greek yogurt and oat milk and stir. Store overnight in a sealed container.

  • Step 3

    Before serving, layer the overnight oats with the raspberry chia jam in a mason jar or preferred serving bowl.
