How to make spicy tuna rolls at home

Ever since I had my first California Roll, sushi has been my favorite food. From simple veggie rolls to the more complicated Futomaki-style rolls, I love it all. Most sushi is low in fat and calories, but it’s also a great source of protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and beneficial vitamins and nutrients.
So rather than paying high prices every time I wanted to treat myself to my favorite dish, I decided I was going to learn to make sushi at home. I’m not much of a chef (okay, I’m an awful chef), so I was a bit nervous at how this would go. Turns out, it’s super easy!
