How to Store Egg Noodles

To prevent homemade egg noodles from sticking together, make sure they are dry before storing them. You can also toss them with a little bit of flour to help keep them separated.
Once cooled store them in an airtight container for three to five days in the refrigerator. When you go to reheat them, if they have an odd odor or are slimy, it is best to discard them. You can also freeze cooked egg noodles in an airtight container for up to two months. Before using frozen egg noodles, allow them to thaw overnight in the fridge.
