Grilled Peaches with Goat Cheese and Balsamic Drizzle

This recipe is ready for summer and comes together quickly after peaches are grilled and then topped with goat cheese, basil and a balsamic reduction.
Serving Amount
Ingredients
4 peaches
4 ounce plain goat cheese
4 basil leaves, chopped into long thin strips
4 tsp balsamic reduction
Instructions
Step 1
Cut ¼ inch slices from the sides of the peaches. Spray peaches and grill with olive oil.
Step 2
Grill each side for 2-4 minutes, or until grill marks and caramelization appears.
Step 3
For one serving, top two slices of peach with 1 ounce goat cheese, 1 chopped basil leaf and 1 teaspoon balsamic reduction.
